BiomX to Effect 1-for-10 Reverse Stock Split

10:19 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BiomX (PHGE) said Thursday it plans to effect a 1-for-10 reverse split of its common shares.
The shares will start trading on a split-adjusted basis, effective Aug. 26.
The company said the split will reduce the number of its outstanding shares to about 17,895,845 from 178,958,447.
BiomX shares were nearly 8% lower in recent trading.
