Hyliion, Jardine Engineering Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Explore Use of Karno Generator in Asia

09:49 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hyliion (HYLN) said Monday it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Jardine Engineering to jointly explore the potential of Hyliion's Karno generator in Asia.
The companies will collaborate on business opportunities in Hong Kong, Macau, and other markets where Jardine Engineering operates, Hyliion said.
The Karno generator is able to use various fuels, such as hydrogen, natural gas, biogas, and propane, to produce electricity, the company said.
Financial details were not disclosed.
