Metalpha Technology Gets Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice on Annual Report Filing

12:39 PM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Metalpha Technology Holding (MATH) said Monday that Nasdaq has notified the company of its noncompliance with a listing rule on the timely filing of periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it failed to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31 due mainly to the additional time needed to prepare the filing.
Metalpha said it has to submit its plan to regain compliance no later than Oct. 14. If Nasdaq accepts the plan, the company can have until Feb. 10 to regain compliance, it said.
Shares of Metalpha were up about 3.5% in recent trading.
