Checkpoint Therapeutics Unveils Secondary Sale of Securities

05:39 PM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Checkpoint Therapeutics (CKPT) disclosed a secondary sale late Monday of up to roughly 5.9 million shares underlying common stock warrants and 351,220 shares underlying placement agent warrants.
The company said the selling shareholders may offer, sell, or distribute the shares at varying prices.
The company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale.
Company shares were down nearly 5% in after-hours activity.
