"Today, for the first time, we are providing quarterly guidance, as we aim to enhance transparency. We anticipate Q3 2024 revenue to demonstrate year-over-year growth, and in fact, NetNut revenues are expected to cross the full-year 2023 revenue-bar of $21.2 million within the first nine months of 2024. Q3 2024 revenues are estimated at $7 million ±3% and Adjusted EBITDA for Q3 2024 is expected to range from $0.8 to $1.0 million."
