Nano Dimension Says Waiting Period Expires for Desktop Metal Acquisition

08:48 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Dimension (NNDM) said Monday that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act for its planned acquisition of Desktop Metal (DM) has expired.
This indicates that there will be no further review by US antitrust authorities, Nano Dimension said.
The company said it is on track to close the transaction in Q4.
Desktop Metal shares were up 5% in recent premarket activity Monday while Nano Dimension was unchanged.
