Alight Names Dave Guilmette as Chief Executive Officer

09:03 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alight (ALIT) said Monday that Dave Guilmette has been named chief executive officer.

Guilmette succeeds Stephan Scholl, who has stepped down as CEO and as part of the company's succession plan, Alight said.

Guilmette will continue as vice chair of the board, the company said

Alight shares rose 0.7% in recent premarket activity.
