Liberty Media Closes Offering of Series C Liberty Formula One Common Shares

09:33 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Media (LSXMA) said Monday it has closed a public offering of shares of its Series C Liberty Formula One common stock (FWONK) at $77.50 per share, for gross proceeds of about $949.2 million.

Liberty Media said that with the underwriter exercising its option to buy additional shares in the offering, it sold a total of more than 12.2 million FWONK shares.
