Criteo CEO Megan Clarken Plans to Retire

04:17 PM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Criteo (CRTO) said Monday that its Chief Executive Megan Clarken plans to retire within the next 12 months.
Clarken will stay on as CEO until a successor is appointed, at which point she will also resign from Criteo's board, the company said, adding that she has agreed to continue with Criteo in a senior advisory capacity until the transition is complete.
The advertising company said it has begun a search for Clarken's successor and has enlisted Heidrick & Struggles to help identify internal and external candidates.
