VOXX International's Board Mulling Strategic Options Including Potential Sale; Shares Surge

09:59 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VOXX International (VOXX) said Tuesday its board is mulling strategic alternatives including a potential sale of the company, a sale of segments, operational enhancements, or other strategic transactions to "maximize shareholder value."
There is no guarantee that any transaction will occur and there has been no timetable defined for the process completion, VOXX added.
Shares of the company rose 62% in recent Tuesday trading.
