Realty Income to Redeem 6.9 Million Shares of Preferred Stock

08:44 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Realty Income (O) said Wednesday it plans to redeem all 6.9 million shares of the company's 6.000% series A cumulative redeemable preferred stock.

The shares will be redeemed at a price of $25 per share plus $0.375 in accrued and unpaid dividends until Sept. 30 for a total of $25.375 per share, the company said.
