Actelis Networks Receives Nasdaq Notice Confirming Compliance

11:18 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Actelis Networks (ASNS) said Wednesday that Nasdaq has notified the company that it is in compliance with all applicable criteria for continued listing, including the $2.5 million minimum stockholders' equity requirement.
The company will continue to be subject to a panel monitor for equity compliance through Aug. 27, 2025, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Actelis shares were down more than 4% in recent trading.
