Immunocore CFO And Head Of Strategy, Brian Di Donato, Informs His Plans To Leave At Year-End; Company To Initiate Search For New CFO

Di Donato has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer at a private, early-stage biotech headquartered in San Diego, California.

Immunocore will initiate a search for a new CFO. Brian will remain as the Company's CFO and Head of Strategy through the end of 2024, to ensure a smooth transition.
