Enviri Sells Reed Minerals Unit to Speyside Equity for $45 Million

04:50 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enviri (NVRI) sold its Reed Minerals unit to Speyside Equity for $45 million in cash with potential adjustments following the closing.
Net cash proceeds will be used to pay down debt and improve the balance sheet, Enviri said Thursday in a statement.
The company said it surpassed its 2024 asset sale goal of $50 million to $75 million of proceeds.
