Stran Gets Non-Compliance Notice From Nasdaq

05:29 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stran (SWAG) said Thursday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to timely file its report for the quarter ended June 30 on Form 10-Q with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it also failed to submit its quarterly report for Q1.
Stran said it has until Sept. 24 to submit an update to its original plan to regain compliance.
