Elevai Labs Says Study of Exosome Technology Shows Reversal of Hair Thinning; Shares Rise Pre-Bell

08:29 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Elevai Labs (ELAB) said Tuesday that a study showed the potential of its exosome technology in reversing hair thinning and inflammation in participants experiencing hair loss or hair thinning.
The company said participants were given in-office treatment comprising scalp microneedling and application of a topical exosome serum, followed by at-home use of a topical exosome product, on areas of hair thinning.
Elevai Labs said results showed ceased crown inflammation, reversal of miniaturized hairs and recovered hair from the dormant phase.
Shares of Elevai Labs were up 10% in premarket activity on Tuesday.
