Oruka Therapeutics Completes Merger with ARCA Biopharma

10:58 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oruka Therapeutics (ORKA) said Tuesday it has completed its merger with ARCA Biopharma.
The combined entity will operate as Oruka Therapeutics and start trading on the Nasdaq Global Market Tuesday under the ticker symbol "ORKA", Oruka Therapeutics said.
Oruka Therapeutics shares were down about 8% in recent trading.
