UL Solutions Launches Secondary Offering of Common Shares

04:44 PM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UL Solutions (ULS) said Tuesday it has started an underwritten public offering of 20 million class A shares.
The offering comprises shares to be sold by selling shareholder UL Standards & Engagement, UL Solutions said.
The underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 3 million class A shares from the selling shareholder, the company said.
UL Solutions said it won't get any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
UL Solutions shares fell nearly 5% in after-hours trading.
