Zura Bio Files $300 Million Mixed Securities Shelf

05:55 PM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zura Bio (ZURA) filed a shelf registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday covering the potential sale of up to $300 million of ordinary shares, preferred shares, debt securities, warrants and units from time to time in one or more offerings.
This includes up to $125 million of class A shares that may be issued and sold under an agreement with Leerink Partners via at-the-market offerings, according to a regulatory filing.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds of any offering of securities for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
