近日，兴发铝业越南基地与用友共同宣布，用友BIP-HR数智化平台项目正式启动。本次合作旨在通过领先的数智化技术，重构兴发铝业越南基地的人力资源管理体系，打造东南亚制造业数智化转型的标杆。

Recently, XINGFA Aluminum (Vietnam) and Yonyou Network jointly announced the official launch of the Yonyou BIP-HR Digital Platform project. This collaboration aims to reconstruct the HR management system of XINGFA Vietnam through leading digital technologies, creating a benchmark for digital transformation in the Southeast Asian manufacturing industry.

随着兴发铝业在越南业务的快速发展，传统的人工操作模式面临挑战。目前，部分越南基地的人员入职、薪资核算及流程审批等仍高度依赖纸质文件和手动录入，导致数据同步滞后、预警识别困难等痛点。 

With the rapid development of XINGFA's business in Vietnam, traditional manual operations face challenges. Currently, a part of onboarding, payroll calculation, and approval processes at the Vietnam base still rely heavily on paper documents and manual entry, leading to pain points such as delayed data synchronization and difficulties in risk warning identification.

本次项目将全面覆盖组织管理、员工信息管理、员工变动、考勤管理、合同管理及薪资管理六大核心模块，实现从“能用”到“好用”的跨越。 

The project will comprehensively cover six core modules: Organization Management, Employee Information Management, Personnel Changes, Attendance Management, Contract Management, and Payroll Management, achieving a leap from "usable" to "user-friendly".

用友越南方兴发铝业项目负责人何锦涛在会上强调，新系统的建设将通过系统联动促进各部门协作，在提升流程效率的同时，显著改善员工服务体验。 

He Jintao, head of the XINGFA Vietnam project, emphasized at the meeting that the new system will promote departmental collaboration through system linkages, significantly improving the employee service experience while enhancing process efficiency.

According to the plan, the project will be implemented in phases, covering key milestones such as blueprint design, system construction, user training, and parallel system operation. Both project teams have established strict communication mechanisms and quality management systems to ensure smooth implementation and continuous operation.

Leveraging Yonyou's extensive expertise in supporting Chinese enterprises going global and its deep understanding of Vietnamese local compliance, both parties will reconstruct the HR management system of XINGFA’s Vietnam base. The goal is to establish an integrated digital intelligence platform that ensures compliance with Vietnamese regulations, adapts to local business needs, and connects with global management, empowering the enterprise to achieve steady international expansion and standardized operations.
