近日，2026日本IDPA AWARD国际先锋设计大奖颁奖盛典暨国际设计峰会于日本东京举行。奥雅股份（股票代码：300949）五大项目从全球68个国家与地区的超3000套参赛中脱颖而出：重庆金茂·璞印金开荣获景观建筑类-金奖，济宁三发·江山赋荣获景观建筑类-银奖，三亚国锐·亚沙村、西安泰发祥·檀府、海口万华·江东麓岛荣获景观建筑类-国际先锋设计大奖。

作为极具国际影响力的专业设计奖项，IDPA AWARD聚焦全球设计创新与实践价值。此次重磅获奖，再度印证了奥雅兼具国际视野与在地深耕的设计实力，也彰显了其在全球化设计语境下的核心竞争力，为中国设计走向世界拓宽了实践路径。

日本IDPA AWARD国际先锋设计大奖于2018年创立于日本东京，由中欧国际设计协会（CEIDA）、中国国际设计网（CIID88）、Atelier TEMMA 株式会社、日本建筑与内装设计行业组织及日本知名设计机构和设计师联合主办。奖项旨在表彰国际知名及最具影响力的设计师与设计机构，是全球洞察最前沿设计文化与设计理念的重要窗口，推动文创产业全球化发展，促进世界各国之间的文化交流与合作共赢。

Japan International Pioneer Design Award (IDPA AWARD) was established in 2018 in Tokyo, Japan. It is jointly sponsored by China Europe International Design Association (CEIDA), China International Design Network (CIID88), ATELIER TEMMA Co.,Ltd, Japanese architecture and interior associates, famous Japanese design agencies and designers. It also aims to recognize internationally renowned designers or the most influential designers and design agencies. Japan IDPA AWARD is the best way to gain insight into the world's most cutting-edge culture and design concept, meanwhile, it promotes the global development of cultural and creative industries and achieves more cultural exchanges and win-win cooperation among countries in the world.

2026 IDPA AWARD共收到全球68个国家与地区超3000余份参赛作品，涵盖筑设计、室内设计、工业设计、产品设计、视觉传达设计等多元专业赛道。众多参赛项目实现人文关怀与技术创新双向平衡，以设计创意回应时代命题，推动自然、社会与人的协同共生，让设计力量赋能人类可持续未来。

The 2026 IDPA AWARD received more than 3,000 entries from 68 countries and regions worldwide, spanning diverse disciplines including architectural design, interior design, industrial design, product design, and visual communication design. Many of the entries strike a balance between human-centered design and technological innovation, responding to contemporary challenges through creative design and fostering greater harmony among people, society, and nature, while advancing a more sustainable future through the power of design.

奥雅股份作品重庆金茂·璞印金开、济宁三发·江山赋、三亚国锐·亚沙村、西安泰发祥·檀府、海口万华·江东麓岛最终在众多申报项目中脱颖而出，斩获2026 IDPA AWARD 景观建筑类大奖。

L&A Group finally stood out among numerous entries, with five projects—Jinmao Peoryion Gold,Sanfa Landscape Prose Poem, Sanya Guorui Asia Beach Village,Xi'an Taifa Auspicious Sandalwood Mansion and Haikou East River Island—recognized with the 2026 IDPA AWARD in the Landscape Architecture category.

当城市与自然相逢，奥雅以山河为灵感卷轴，打造一座可居可游的「山水生命体」，以”自然体验，臻享生活”为出发点，围绕“立体、自然、雅奢”三大元素，运用“光影、质感、自然、渗透”四大设计语言，营造真正走入人心的自然奢居；以“返璞归真”为核心，聆听自然，自然思索，营造出兼具国际视野与东方韵味的高定生活场景。

When the city meets nature, L&A Group takes mountains and rivers as an inspirational scroll to craft a habitable and experiential "landscape living organism". Centered on the philosophy of "experiencing nature and savoring refined living", the design revolves around three core attributes: dimensionality, nature and refined luxury. Adopting four design vocabularies — light & shadow, texture, nature and permeation — we build an immersive natural luxury residence. Rooted in the ethos of "return to simplicity", we listen to nature and contemplate in harmony with it, shaping bespoke living scenes that blend an international vision with Eastern charm.

Sanfa Landscape Prose Poem

项目承简现代东方美学意趣、融城市文脉底蕴、藏诗意山水自然、享悠然归心之所，典藏唐宋皇家御苑，再现现代东方文化艺术的灼灼相承，考皇家园林文化内核。延续子路故里的显赫基因和文化承传，匹配泗水名仕的最高生活范式和生活美学；师法五大皇家宫苑，融合当代中国美学的生活场景，在子路故里之中打造顶级豪宅。

The project embodies the refined charm of modern Oriental aesthetics, integrates urban cultural heritage, embraces poetic mountains, waters and nature, and offers a serene retreat for the soul. Drawing upon the essence of Tang and Song imperial gardens, it revives the enduring splendor of modern Oriental culture and art, and explores the core philosophy of royal garden design. Carrying forward the distinguished legacy and cultural lineage of Zilu’s hometown, it echoes the supreme living paradigm and aesthetic pursued by the literati of Sishui. Taking inspiration from five great imperial palaces and gardens, and weaving in living scenes rooted in contemporary Chinese aesthetics, the project delivers an ultra-luxury residence within Zilu’s homeland.

三亚国锐·亚沙村

Sanya Guorui Asia Beach Village

项目设计以“深海秘境”作为景观主题，包括归家大门前场、门厅及下沉会所庭院，构建浓郁的热带风情及酒店度假感。下沉会所庭院以灵动的穿水步道串联会所艺廊、浮屿水院及秘境花阶三大主题区域，通过热带度假景观将室内会所与室外空间进行视觉及功能联动，构建联通无界的山海秘境。

The landscape design adopts "Deep Sea Sanctuary" as its core theme, covering the front arrival plaza, entrance lobby and sunken club courtyard, to deliver an immersive tropical ambiance and resort-style hospitality. Within the sunken club courtyard, a fluid water-crossing walkway links three themed zones: the club art gallery, floating-island water court and secret floral terraces. Leveraging tropical resort landscaping, the design visually and functionally integrates indoor club spaces with outdoor landscapes, forming a seamless mountain-and-sea sanctuary.

西安泰发祥·檀府

Xi'an Taifa Auspicious Sandalwood Mansion

项目静隐于历史地标的余脉之间，于一隅珍贵净土之上，重绣东方居境的雅章。以园为心，借景为韵，石桥流水、修竹疏影，皆成诗意的归所。让自然的清宁与人文的厚度，在层层景观的铺陈中交织成画，“雁塔孤本”不仅是居所，更是一场时间与美学的对话——让千年文脉，悄然化作家的风景。

Nestled within the lingering context of historical landmarks, the project reinterprets the elegant narrative of Oriental habitation on this precious serene site. Centered on the garden and inspired by the classical technique of borrowed scenery, stone bridges, running streams and sparse bamboo shadows together form a poetic retreat. The tranquility of nature and profound cultural heritage interweave into a layered landscape tableau. As "The Unique Manuscript of the Wild Goose Pagoda", this space is far more than a residence. It embodies a dialogue between time and aesthetics, where millennium cultural heritage subtly transforms into the scenery of home.

海口万华·江东麓岛

Haikou East River Island

项目设计延续万华“生态+高端人居”的开发理念，整个生态社区规划了滨水商业街、游艇俱乐部、艺术中心、高端酒店，旨在为旅居客户打造一个热带雨林氛围、多业态度假的艺术生态居住系统。与海口传统滨海楼盘不同，项目更注重生态基底+国际化的生活方式。

Embracing Wanhua’s development philosophy of "ecology plus high-end residential living", the project integrates a waterfront commercial street, yacht club, art centre and luxury hotel within this ecological community. It aims to build an artistic eco-residential system featuring tropical rainforest ambiance and multi-functional resort amenities for sojourning residents. Distinct from conventional coastal real estate projects in Haikou, the design prioritizes both robust ecological base and an international lifestyle.
