自治电力、Aureus Greenway将于10月1日之前完成合并

Autonomous Power Corporation、dba Powerus（“Powerus”）和Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc.（纳斯达克股票代码：PUSA）（“AGH”）今天宣布，双方目前预计将于明天（2026年10月1日）完成之前宣布的合并，前提是满足合并协议中规定的剩余完成条件。
